The application has now been sent off
As there are no free Saturdays before Christmas, it will not be possible to have a Coffee Morning.
Malcolm will ask Webster’s High School to appoint another two pupils to the Committee
Anne will contact Wendy regarding the hot chocolate used at the switch-on of the Christmas lights – this will be done this week.
Clare suggested holding a Junior Bake-Off competition involving the primary schools and the organisations. The committee agreed and it was decided to do it during Fairtrade Fortnight in 2015. Malcolm suggested that Rotary might be willing to fund the prizes.
Anne will write to Alan Thomson of Rotary to ask if they would be willing to give £60 for prizes – £30, £20 & £10 to be given as vouchers.

29th November Christmas Market – 1 Hour slots from 12noon until 5pm

7th December Glamis Christmas Fair
The next meeting to be announced when we have heard from the Fairtrade Foundation about our status
