- 2. Matters Arising
The bank account is now open.
- 3. Updates
The stall at the Baton Relay on 28th June was successful.
The Bake Off Competition on 30th August was very successful with more entries than last year – including an entry from a class at Northmuir Primary. A profit of £79.40 was made with an additional £108.15 taken in Traidcraft sales.
£200 has now been deposited in the bank account.

This is underway and the committee discussed the application so far and Anne will complete and send off.

Another Coffee Morning before Christmas
Tables at as many events as possible
Invite another 2 Webster’s pupils to join the Forum.

Anne will contact Wendy regarding the hot chocolate used at the switch-on of the Christmas lights.
Clare suggested holding a Junior Bake-Off competition involving the primary schools and the organisations. The committee agreed and it was decided to do it during Fairtrade Fortnight in 2015. Malcolm suggested that Rotary might be willing to fund the prizes.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday 22nd October 2014 from 6.30 to 7pm.
