The competition has been decided!  The public have voted!  We know the results and they will be announced after the prizegiving in May.  The public have chosen their top 12 and the person closest to that final choice will also get a prize.

The competition is open to amateur photographers only.

Entries must be either A4 or 10" x 8" and in landscape format.  We are looking for photos which reflect the outstanding beauty and scenery of the area around Kirriemuir or Kirriemuir itself.  It can be buildings or landscapes or, indeed, anything which you feel represents the area but must be an identifiable place. If possible, include a CD with the image as well in as high resolution as possible.

For the 2010 calendar, we would again like to give different photographers an opportunity to be included in the calendar. 

For the next competition we will again let the public have their say.  After the closing date we will have an exhibition of all the entries allowing members of the public to choose their favourites and the most popular will be included in the calendar if they are of the required quality.

The final decision will be made by the committee in consultation with experts to ensure the continuing technical quality of the calendar.
